Dear Customers, to better understanding how we should cooperate with each other, we present some tips according to the company rules here.

Sample rules

We think it is necessary for us to provide samples to our customers for testing quality before orders in batches.

1. Free sample could be provided to customers who already have ultrasonic cleaners on sales, but shipping cost should be undertaken by your side.
2. Paid sample could be provided to customers who want to be an agent of us, but the cost can be refunded when you set batch orders after testing.

Payment rules

1. For small orders, we only accept payment TT in advance before delivery, customers can choose 30% TT first and 70% the balance before delivery.
2. For large batch orders, we will discuss better payment terms good for both parties after several orders, like 3 orders.
3. Order amount identified the quality of customers.
